We have been serving the public since 1996 and are pioneers in solar heatproofing in Pakistan. Our world-famous product, the Solar Air-Conditioning Tile, known as MAT (Munawar Air Conditioning Tile), was invented in 1996 by Prof. Munawar Ahmad Malik, who has created over 50 innovative products.

When MAT is applied to roofs, it keeps rooms cool in summer and warm in winter. This technology gained widespread popularity and was covered by international media. MAT was our first heatproofing product.

Over the years, our research and development efforts have grown, leading to the creation of many new products. One of these is Solar Chips, which was developed in response to public demand for a solution to cool homes and provide waterproofing with a lifetime guarantee. Solar Chips is essentially the upper layer of the MAT tile, marketed in a dry form. This product also became very popular across Pakistan.

Our client list includes many respected individuals, such as engineers, doctors, high-ranking military officials, and even General Sarwar Khan (former Governor of Punjab), General Ali Quli Khan, and Dr. Sammer Mubarak, who purchased our products in the early years.

Our research has led to over 50 innovations and new technologies. More than 10 of these are related to solar energy (thermal energy), while over 20 belong to the construction field.

We are now building concrete houses using our latest technologies. These houses stay cool in summer and warm in winter. We are also pioneers in constructing concrete boundary walls, and we recently launched a new design for these walls. Our product list reflects the innovative and creative abilities of our team.
