Ready Made foundations for houses
Usually, the construction of the foundations of the houses is started by making them differently without the principles of engineering. A basis has been designed to regularize them which has been developed according to engineering principles and made available to the public.
These basic blocks are placed together within the entire foundation. Then a 12″ x 18″ (this size can vary) concrete beam (4 to 6 studs) is filled inside. By which all the basic structure is united and strengthened.
A 9-inch-thick wall can be built on it.
The size of this basic block is 30″ x 21″ while the thickness is 6 inches. Thus, the foundation will be 30 inches wide from the bottom which will be able to carry the weight of the building better.
